◆Pricing
Kindly respect my pricing. Do not request discounts. Live2D models are priced based on the complexity and time required.
◆Corporate/commercial commissions are subject to different rates than personal commissions.Usage Rights◆All Live2D models are licensed for commercial use unless otherwise stated.
◆Rights includes making merchandise with the model ArtProduction & Deadlines◆ Rush orders will only be accepted if a rush fee is paid. This ensures I can devote my full ability and focus to your commission. And will only be treated as rush commission unless paid.
◆Estimated turnaround time (ETA) is approximately 5–6 months per batch.
◆Commissions without a proper reference sheet may take longer than the stated ETA.
Payment
◆ Payment Plans are accepted
◆ Payment can be made in two parts: 50% upfront and 50% upon completion.
◆ Payment can be made in 3-4 Parts : 25/25/25/25% or 50/25/25%
◆ Payment plans are possible—please discuss your plan with me in advance.
◆ An invoice will be sent after price quoting and discussion.
◆ Do not send payment without an invoice.
◆ Payments sent without an invoice or agreement will be treated as donations.

◆ Reselling the Model : Contact Artist to inform me that you're selling the model.

Micromanaging◆ Forcing me / the artist to copy another art style or to draw in another style different from their own.(Prohibited)
◆ Wanting to be particular but requesting a revision without a clear idea, proper references, and direction.
◆ Asking for updates Everyday
◆Being too fickle about changes (ie- requesting for multiple changes to the same part, thus making the artist undo them multiple times)
◆Going Back and fort with the changes.Revisions
General Revision Policy◆ Minor revisions (small adjustments) are free.
◆ Free revisions are only available during the sketch phase.
◆ Major revisions (such as re-rendering, remaking, or adding significant parts) will incur an additional fee of $50 or more depending on complexity.
◆ Excessive back-and-forth revisions are discouraged to maintain project efficiency.
◆ Post-Completion Revisions
◆ Additional fees will apply for changes requested after the commission is completed. This includes:
◆ Specific part adjustments requested by a rigger.
◆ Changing previously approved parts or designs.
◆ Adding new accessories or features.
Fees will depend on the complexity of the requested changes.
◆ Revision Limits
Sketch Phase: Free revisions.
Line Art & Base Color to Rendering: Up to 5 free minor revisions.Updates

I DO NOT Support AI, Feeding my Works to this program is prohibited, i will hunt you and your entire family and you will end up homelessRefund Policy
◆ Strictly no refunds once progress has been made on your commission.
◆ In case of emergencies (e.g., hospitalization) preventing Artist from completing your model, Artist will issue 100% Refund and submit any work-in-progress files unless you choose to wait until I recover.
◆ 50% refund is available only if you cancel before any progress has been made.
◆ If the client cancels after work has started, only 30% - no refund will be issued. A future commission would be treated as a new transaction at full price.
◆ Persistent nitpicking or excessive revision requests may result in project cancellation by the Artist. In such cases, a 30% refund will be issued. File will be Sent after Cancelation.Chargebacks and Scams
◆ if client issue a charge back the model will automatically be sold as an adoptable, All Rights will be transferred to the buyer.Disclaimer
◆ The client is solely responsible for any issues, disputes, or consequences arising from the use of models created from the delivered illustrations in Vtuber activities.
◆ The artist is not liable for any problems, damages, or claims resulting from Vtuber activities that involve the delivered illustrations or models.
◆ Once the commission is completed and delivered, the artist has no further involvement or responsibility regarding the client’s Vtuber activities using the commissioned work.Prohibited Uses
